Our Story
HCR was founded in 2007 by Hasnah Abdul Hamid — a seasoned corporate professional with deep roots in Malaysia's banking, aviation, and Big 4 consulting sectors.
What started as a recruitment agency — APHCR Sdn Bhd — has grown into a full-service boutique consulting and talent solutions firm. In 2015 we established HCR Consulting Sdn Bhd to formalise our advisory and consulting capability — giving clients access to a broader, deeper range of services under one trusted brand.
Today HCR operates through two dedicated entities serving GLCs, corporates, and SMEs across Malaysia. We have remained deliberately boutique — because we believe that size should never come at the expense of quality, attention, or accountability.
