We start by scoping the right engagement for your situation — how many days a month, what the scope covers, what the first 90 days deliver, and how we measure whether it is working. No ambiguity about what you are getting.

Most fractional engagements run for six to twelve months — either bridging to a permanent appointment or becoming a long-term structure for organisations that do not need or want a full-time HR leader on the payroll. Both are fine. We work to your situation, not a standard model.
