We conduct structured, independent HR audits across Malaysian organisations — GLCs, corporates, and growing businesses. We start with a scoping conversation — understanding your context, what prompted the review, and what decisions depend on its findings. From there we conduct the fieldwork: document review, process walkthroughs, and where needed, confidential interviews with key stakeholders. Everything is assessed against Malaysian statutory requirements, employment law, and current HR practice. The output is a written findings report with prioritised recommendations — not a list of everything wrong, but a clear view of what matters most and what to do about it. We debrief with you directly so the findings lead to action, not a document that sits in a drawer.
